Purpose: there is an air-conditioning of the remove device for a heat exchanger to be provided to and easily clean the heat exchanger that be condensed water and dust polluted, to prevent the propagation of bacterium. Construction: a sensor (10) is one heat exchanger of external installation, is used to detect the amount of dust in surroundings. One cleaning element is installed in the side of the heat exchanger of the shower water for the outside to heat exchanger. One controller (70) receives signal from sensor, the standard volume of dust compared with the amount of dust detected. If the amount detected is greater than standard volume, controller controls cleaning element to the water spray of heat exchanger.
