对工会参与医院文化建设的思考——以潞河医院文化建设为例

Culture construction in the hospital is a systematic project. Trade union organizations, as a bridge and link, play an irreplaceable role in the culture construction in the hospital. On the one hand, trade union organizations find out the status ofthe culture building in the hospital through in-depth research. On the other hand, trade union organizations promote the core values of the hospital through organizing the culture and sports activities.%医院文化建设是一项系统工程，工会作为联系职工的桥梁和纽带，在医院文化建设中，发挥着不可替代的作用。一方面通过深入调研，摸清医院文化建设的现状，另一方面将医院的核心价值理念贯穿在工会的各项活动中，通过文体活动、人文关怀促进医院文化建设。
