整合科研档案资源 给力高校学科发展

摘要

The paper discussed the important role of the scientific research records for the development of institutions of higher learning. It creatively studied the close relationship between the archives resources and the discipline construction, the problems of how to integrate the archives resources and how to serve the discipline construction through the integrated resources. It brought up with the solution of constructing the teachers＇ personal research records database, which aimed to integrate human resources, to form disciplinary team and to promote disciplinary construction .%本文从学科建设的角度论述了科研档案对于高校发展的重要作用，就学科建设与档案资源之间的密切相关性、如何整合档案资源以及整合的档案资源如何为学科建设服务三个问题进行了全新论述，提出通过建立教师个人科研档案数据库，以整合人力资源、构建学科团队、提升学科建设。
