国有企业激励机制中存在的问题及改进措施

现代企业越来越重视激励机制在人力资源管理中的运用。当前，在国有企业激励机制中还不同程度地存在一些问题，不利于调动员工的积极性、主动性和创造性，影响到企业的创新和发展。该文通过对国有企业激励机制中存在的主要问题进行了梳理和分析，提出了改进和完善国有企业激励机制的相关措施。%Modern enterprises pay more and more attention to the application of incentive mechanism in human resource management.
