《程敬通医案》中四季分类脉象

Summary :Cheng Jingtong had left 57 representative cases ,and according to one year lunar calendar season sequence ,by Lei Shaoyi ,Cheng Xi ,Jiang Zhuo ,et al .Detailed notes and .Classification China traditional lunar calendar year :January to March spring ,summer ,autumn April ~ June July ~ September ,October ~ December winter .Finest doctors on multi-Confucianism ,Confucian medical representatives that cheng is ,his medical case that the traditional sea_sonal categories night .I read the"Cheng Jingtong case",the original 57 case ,20 case mentioned pulse ,the spring 7 case , 5 case ,1 case of summer autumn ,winter 7 .Therefore ,in this paper ,with the"pulse"separated ,then ,hope to share .%程敬通一生留下57个代表医案，并且按一年内阴历季节先后顺序排列，经雷少逸、程曦、江倬等人详加注解而成。中国传统阴历四季分类为：春季1～3月、夏季4～6月、秋季7～9月、冬季10～12月。上医多儒医，程即儒医代表，其医案即按传统四季分类。笔者细读《程敬通医案》发现，原书57案中，提及脉象的有20案，其中春季7案、夏季5案、秋季1案、冬季7案。故在此文中将医案脉象分离出来，加以分析，希冀共享。
