小儿反复上呼吸道感染规范治疗体会

摘要

目的：总结小儿反复上呼吸道感染规范治疗的体会。方法：选取2012年10月至2014年8月180例小儿反复上呼吸道感染的患者，按治疗方式将其分成对照组和观察组，每组90例，对照组患儿采用阿昔洛韦、利巴韦林、维生素 C等进行治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加上中药的治疗。观察记录两组患者的治疗效果，统计感染时间、再次复发次数等各项指标。结果：观察组临床总有效率为97．78％，明显高于对照组的总有效率86．67％，组间比较，差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。另外观察组的单次感染时间和再次复发次数等各项指标均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。结论：经大量临床资料统计及对小儿反复上呼吸道感染规范治疗体会的总结，采用中西医相结合的方式治疗小儿反复上呼吸道感染的疗效更加显著，是一种安全可行的治疗方式，值得临床上推广应用。%Objective :To investigate and Summarize the normative treatment experience of treating children with recurrent respiratory infections .Methods :180 cases of children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infection admitted in our hospital from October 2012 to August 2014 were divided into treatment group (90 cases) and control group (90 cases) .The control group was treated with western medicine such as acyclovir ,ribavirin and vitamin C while the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with the treatment in the former group .The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed so as to analyze the indicators such as infec‐tion time and recurrent frequency .Results :The total effective rate in the treatment group (97 .78 % ) is significantly higher than that in thecontrolgroup(86.67 % )onastatisticallysignificantdifference(P <0.05).Theindicatorsassingle -infectiontimeandrepeatedre‐current infection in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups( P <0 .05) .Conclusion:Lots of clinical data on the standard treatment of children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infections indicated that the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine could effectively reduce the rate of recurrent upper respiratory tract infection for children and was a safe and feasible treatment worthy of clinical application .
