国产拉西地平与西尼地平治疗原发性高血压有效性和安全性的Meta分析

摘要

Objective: To perform Meta analysis of the efficacy and safety of domestic Lacidipine tablets and Cilnidipine tablets on primary hy-pertension.Methods:15 clinical researches meeting a criterion from multiple databases and electronic library in our country were selected from 2000 to 2014.855 patients were randomly assigned into the contrast group and the fixed effect model group, each group treated accordingly, with the efficacy and safety of domestic Lacidipine tablets and Cilnidipine tablets on primary hypertension analyzed .Results:Meta analysis of the 15 clin-ical researches on comparative treatment presented that the effective rate and the adverse effect rate in Lacidipine tablets were 91.67 % and 8.80 %, and those in Cilnidipine tablets were 88.50 % and 5.75 %, respectively.There is a significant difference between the effective rate and the adverse effect rate of the two tablets ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Lacidipine tablets and Cilnidipine tablets both have a great curative effect on the treatment of primary hypertension.The clinical effect of Lacidipine is better and Cilnidipine is of more safety .%目的：对国产拉西地平与西尼地平治疗原发性高血压有效性和安全性进行 Meta分析。方法：收集2000年至2014年国内多个数据库和电子图书馆符合标准的15篇临床研究资料，均应用随机分组对照治疗和固定效应模型治疗855例患者中，国产拉西地平与西尼地平治疗原发性高血压有效性和安全性进行分析。结果：Meta分析15篇对比治疗的临床资料中，国产拉西地平治疗原发性高血压有效性为91．67％，不良反应发生率为8．80％，西尼地平治疗原发性高血压的有效性88．50％，不良反应发生率为5．75％，对比两种药物的临床有效性和不良反应发生比例，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。结论：对于原发性高血压患者应用国产拉西地平和西尼地平治疗临床疗效较好，其中拉西地平的临床效果更好，但安全性西尼地平更好。
