目的：：调查该地区社会药房的布局及经营所需证件、驻店药师的执业情况及提供药学服务的质量,为高职教育培养技术技能型药学人才提供参考。方法：采用整群抽样的方法抽取安徽省某地区111家社会药房进行问卷调查。结果：111家社会药房中,96家(86.49%)社会药房达到合法经营,90家(81.08%)社会药房的布局合理,仅68家(61.05%)的社会药房的药学服务合理,社会药房的经营合法性、布局合理性及药学服务能力三个方面比较,无统计学差异( P >0.05)。结论：该地区社会药房的经营管理需要再强化,经营的数量还需要优化,管理的模式需要多元化及药学服务质量和服务水平需要突破。%Objective:To investigate the layout or certificates of the community pharmacy, the practice of resident pharmacists and the quality of pharmaceutical service and to provide references to the cultivation of high-quality, technical and skillful pharmaceutical talents for higher voca-tional education. Methods:The cluster sampling assay was used for questionnaire survey of 111 community pharmacies in a certain region of Anhui province. Results:96 pharmacies (86. 49 %) were authorized, the layout of 90 pharmacies (81. 08 %) was reasonable, and pharmacy services of only 68 (61. 05 %) were satisfying in 111 community pharmacies. And there wasn't statistically significant difference between three all( P >0. 05). Conclusion:The management is needed to be much strengthened, the optimizing of the number of operation and the diversification of adminis-trative model were necessary, and professional service quality and level is also needed to be further enhanced for the region's community pharmacy.
