中西医综合治疗脑梗死康复期气虚血瘀痰浊证疗效

摘要

Objective:To probe into the clinical effects of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of cerebral infarction convalescence with syndrome of Qi deficiency blood stasis and phlegm turbidity.Methods:100 patients with cerebral infarction convalescence with syndrome of Qi deficiency blood stasis and phlegm turbidity hospitalized from January,2013 to June,2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine while the observation group was given the Qi and blood stasis phlegm treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,the scores of neurological deficit and self-care ability and the clinical efficacy after treatment compared.Results:The scores of neurological deficit and self-care ability of the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased (P＜0.05);there was no difference between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05).The clinical symptoms in the observation group were significantly improved than those of the control group (P＜0.05);The total effective rate in the observation group was 94％,which was higher than that of the control group (86％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The effects of Qi and phlegm and blood stasis method in the treatment of cerebral infarction convalescence with syndrome of Qi deficiency blood stasis and phlegm turbidity are significant,which can reduce the nerve injury of patients and improve the quality of life of patients,worthy to be promoted and applied clinically.%目的:探讨中西医综合治疗脑梗死康复期气虚血瘀痰浊证临床疗效.方法:选取2013年1月至2015年6月医院诊治的100例脑梗死康复期气虚血瘀痰浊证患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组采用常规西药治疗方式,观察组在常规治疗的基础上使用益气祛瘀涤痰法对患者进行治疗.比较两组患者神经缺损评分和生活自理能力评分情况;比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效.结果:两组患者神经功能缺损程度评分和生活自理能力评分在进行治疗后都明显的降低(P＜0.05);两组患者治疗前无差异(P＞0.05),治疗后观察组的临床症状明显优于对照组(P＜0.05);对照组患者的临床总有效率为86.0％;观察组的临床总有效率为94.0％,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:采用益气祛瘀涤痰法治疗脑梗死康复期气虚血瘀痰浊证效果明显,能降低患者的神经损伤,提高患者的生活质量,在临床应用中值得推广.
