Objective:To explore the effects of continuity nursing on the recovery of sciatic nerve function and the quality of life of patients with acetabular fracture and sciatic nerve injury. Methods:93 cases of acetabular fracture and sciatic nerve injury were selected and divided into two groups by inputting sequence, 46 cases in the control group given routine nursing, 47 cases in the research group given continuous nursing on the basis of routine nursing, with the score of sciatica, the score of life quality, the nursing satisfaction and complication rates of the two groups before and after the nursing compared. Results:Physical pain, somatic function,sleep quality,physiological function,life satisfaction and mental outlook of patients in the research group were all higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05). The score of sciatica in both groups was lower than that before nursing, the research group lower than the control group (P＜0.05). The total complication rate of the research group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control (P＜0.05). Conclusion:Continuous nursing in the treatment of patients with acetabular fracture and sciatic nerve injury can significantly improve the postoperative sciatic nerve function and the quality of life, while enhancing nursing satisfaction and reducing the incidence of complications.%目的:探究延续性护理对髋臼骨折并坐骨神经损伤患者术后坐骨神经功能恢复及生活质量影响.方法:选取髋臼骨折并坐骨神经损伤患者93例,按建档顺序分组,对照组46例予以常规护理,观察组47例在此基础上予以延续性护理,分析比较两组护理前后坐骨神经痛、生活质量评分、护理满意度及并发症发生率.结果:观察组护理后躯体疼痛、躯体功能、睡眠质量、生理功能、生活满足感、精神面貌等生活质量评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05),两组护理后坐骨神经痛评分均较护理前有所降低(P＜0.05),且观察组坐骨神经痛评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:髋臼骨折并坐骨神经损伤患者予以延续性护理,可改善其术后坐骨神经功能及生活质量,且能提高护理满意度及降低并发症发生率.
