目前,关陇地区乡村文化建设取得的成绩主要表现在公共文化设施建设、群众文化活动组织及文化遗产保护等。乡村自然环境封闭、农耕经济形态落后、农民受教育程度太低及政府和政策的忽视等原因导致关陇地区乡村文化设施差,投资少,资源缺;居民素质低,文化观念落后;乡村主体空巢及农民缺乏自信。通过发挥政府职能、搞好引导服务、发展乡村教育、增加农民收入、培养文化精英及找准文化建设载体等途径,可以解决目前当地乡村文化建设的问题。以关陇地区最强势、最典型的民间社火为乡村文化建设的载体,可以有效地将乡村文化建设与社火民俗的研究保护和利用有机结合。%At present, the achievement of of rural culture construction in Guanlong Region is public cultural facility construction, mass organizations and cultural activities and cultural heritage protection. The problem of rural culture construction in Guanlong Region is poor rural ceultural facilities, less investment, lacking in resources; low population quality, lagging behind culture idea, rural empty nest and farmer lack confidence, which is caused by rural environment, agricultural economy backward, low peasants' education level and the neglect of government and policy.
