乒乓球正手拉弧圈球技术的教学与训练研究

摘要

The loop drive has become the most aggressive and stable mainstream offensive tech-nique in the game of Ping Pong,which is the result from a fusion of spin,speed and power.The tech-nique most conforms to the law of motion of the table tennis.Cognizing the technical principles of loop drive correctly,as well as carrying out a reasonable method of practice has an important signifi-cance to students'mastering and promoting beating loop drive.Starting with the understanding of loop drive and technology method,this essay will elaborate the teaching and training of forehand loop drive.%弧圈球技术已经成为乒乓球运动中攻击力最强、稳定性最好的一项进攻性主流技术，是乒乓球旋转、速度与力量不断融合的结果，是最符合乒乓球运动规律的一项技术。正确认识弧圈球的技术原理及合理的练习方法，对于学生掌握和提高拉弧圈球技术具有重要意义。本文从对弧圈球的理解、动作技术要领入手，对正手拉弧圈球技术的教学与训练进行了阐述，供大家参考。
