22MnB5对侧围A/B柱变形行为的影响

         

摘要

为给汽车安全部件的材质定义及应用热压成形技术提供数据基础,分析了某委托安全示范车辆使用B340/590DP与22MnB5两种材料的变形行为。仿真中,以车身侧围A柱和B柱的安全碰撞性能的优劣为基本出发点,利用计算机辅助工程(CAE)软件。结果表明:对A柱加强板来说,在相同的边界条件下,使用22MnB5合金比使用B340/590DP合金的乘员舱变化和A柱后移量都要小;对于B柱加强板来说,使用22MnB5合金碰撞变形过程中5个不同位置的侵入量均小于B340/590DP合金,车体加速度变化不大,但侵入速度略高于B340/590DP合金。因此,合理控制安全框架的变形量、侵入速度,合理控制吸能部件的变形模式,能够有效地降低碰撞中假人的损伤风险。%The deformation behavior of B340/590DP and 22MnB5 strength board material was investigated for a mandatory safety demonstration vehicle to provide a date base for the development of strength board material property and hot forming technology. Numerical simulations were done by using CAE (computer aided engineering) strength, technology analyses and economic analyses methods taking the crash capability of bodywork A column and B column as necessary condition. The results show that both the passenger compartment changes and the A column back volume for a 22MnB5 aloy are lower than that of B340/590DP aloy under the same condition. The crash deformations of 22MnB5 aloy at 5 different places are al smaler than that of B340/590DP aloy for the B column strength board materials during crash with a little bodywork acceleration variation and with little higher invasion rate than that of B340/590DP aloy. Therefore, a reasonable control of deformation, security framework intrusion velocity, and energy-absorbing- component deformation-mode, can effectively reduce injury risk in a colision dummy.
