利用流动余辉技术研究了亚稳态Ar(3P0,2)与H2O碰撞传能反应生成OH自由基的动力学过程,测定了产物的转动态分布,并讨论了OH自由基在实验条件下的转动驰豫情况。%Dissociate excitation of H2O by collision with Ar(3P0,2) has been studied by observing OH(A2ΣX2Π) emission in the flowing afterglow system. The Rotational Distributions and formation Kinetic of OH radical are also studied. In the end, the discusion of collision dynamics showed that the distributions are approximate to the nascent distributions.
