低轨道高压太阳电池阵充放电效应试验

         

摘要

This paper studies the charging/discharging effect of the high-voltage solar arrays of the Chinese space station in the low Earth orbit plasma environment experimentally,and the electrostatic discharge and secondary discharge have been measured in the lab.The results indicate that the biased-voltage of the solar arrays electrostatic discharge is-70V.The electrostatic discharge of the high-voltage solar arrays is observed to be more frequent when the biased-voltage decreases,and it easily occurs when the solar arrays in a higher density plasma environment.The secondary discharge has been measured when the biased-voltage is-100V and the string-voltage is 80V.%针对我国空间站采用的高压太阳电池,开展低轨道等离子体环境下高压太阳阵样品充放电效应试验,在实验室复现了高压太阳电池阵静电放电和二次放电现象.结果表明,高压太阳电池偏置电压为-70V时开始出现静电放电,且静电放电次数随着偏置电压的减小而增大,并在高密度的等离子体环境下更容易发生静电放电.当偏置电压为-100V,串间电压为80V时观测到了二次放电.
