The paper discussed measurement and analysis process area of CMMI Maturity Level 2.It expounded how to plan the activity, collect and analyze data, go through measurement result. On this base , it illustrated the application of software measurement and analysis in network metrology training system. Measurement and analysis specification and data statistics were designed.
