高等教育云计算服务平台构建策略初探

摘要

云计算是计算模式的新发展，高等教育云计算是教育信息化的一个重要领域。本文对高等教育领域的云计算服务平台构建进行探索研究，基于对高等教育云计算内涵的思考提出基础框架，分析了政府参与下的公司管理和教育部门协调下的联邦管理两种自主云计算服务平台建设模式。构建高等教育云服务“生态系统”、迁移用户现有信息化资产、开发云模式下的应用将推进高等教育云计算进程。希望对我国高等教育云计算发展起到参考作用，对相关研究起到抛砖引玉的作用。%Higher Education cloud computing is an important area of education information technology. The paper researches the construction of higher education cloud computing service platform. Analyze two independent constructing models of cloud computing service platform： the corporate governance model with government＇s participation, the federal governance model coordinated by education department. It plays a reference role in the development of Chinese higher education cloud computing and the related research.
