Project location accuracy is an important prerequisite for the success of management from the per-spective of profit.In this paper,taking the Central Plains Road Wanda shopping plaza as an example, through field observation and market research, from the perspective of choosing location, traffic conditions, matching the surrounding public facilities and the surrounding competition three location factors are briefly analyzed, and for commercial real estate project development site to provide some feasible suggestions.It aims to show the location factors having important influence on commercial real estate project site.Location not only plays a de-cisive role in the development and operation of commercial real estate projects, but also actively promotes the economic development of the whole region.%作为以盈利性为目的商业地产,项目选址的准确性是其经营成功的重要前提。本文以中原路万达购物广场为例,通过实地观察和市场调研,从区位选择角度出发,对周边交通条件、公共设施配套以及周围竞争状况三个区位因素进行简要分析,并为商业地产项目开发选址提供一些可行性建议,旨在说明区位因素对商业地产项目选址有重要的影响,不仅对商业地产项目的开发运营起着决定性作用,更能积极推动整个区域的经济发展。
