“互联网+”背景下焦作市电子政务发展问题研究

摘要

With the continuous improvement of our country's informatization level and deeply implementation of the"Internet+"actions. Jiaozuo E-government shows a booming trend and actively into the era of"4.0"E-gov⁃ernment. However,because of the unequal information level, information gap and other issues make the develop⁃ment of Jiaozuo E-government stagnant.In this paper, under the background of"Internet+",analyse the develop⁃ment present situation of Jiaozuo government E-government, combining with the issues in actual development, such as the overall development is not balanced, information gap and can't meet the demand of the public reality, puting forward the efficient use of emerging technologies, creative diversity of government public service chan⁃nels, and strengthen the administrative information resources integration and sharing to ascend the public ser⁃vice ability of government.%随着我国信息化水平的不断提高和“互联网+”行动计划的深入实施，焦作市电子政务呈现出蓬勃发展的态势并积极进入“电子政务4.0”时代。然而，由于信息化水平不均，信息鸿沟等问题，使得焦作市电子政务的发展停滞不前。在“互联网+”背景下，分析焦作市政府电子政务发展现状，结合实际发展中出现的整体发展不平衡、信息鸿沟和无法满足公众的现实需求等问题，提出了高效利用新兴科技，创新多元化的政府公共服务渠道，加强政务信息资源整合和共享等提升政府公共服务能力的策略。
