集群技术创新平台与辽宁省汽车产业自主创新能力的提升

摘要

Independent innovation ability is the key to improving Liaoning automobile competition and the basic means to get rid of the shackles of low end of the value chain .The core problem for Liaoning automobile indus-try is the lack of core technique and perfect innovation platform of clustering technology .This paper discusses the meaning ,mode and features of it ,analyzes its promoting effect on the improvement of independent innova-tion ability of automobile industry ,and puts forward the policy suggestions based on the present situation and the deficiency of innovation platform of clustering technology .%自主创新能力是提升辽宁汽车竞争力的关键，也是辽宁汽车产业摆脱价值链低端禁锢的根本手段。辽宁汽车产业发展的核心问题是缺乏核心技术，没有建立完善的集群技术创新平台。本文从产业集群的角度阐述了集群技术创新平台的涵义、模式与特征，分析了集群技术创新平台对汽车产业集群自主创新能力提升的促进作用和辽宁汽车产业集群技术创新的模式选择，并针对辽宁省汽车产业集群自主创新现状和集群技术创新平台建设的不足，提出了构建集群技术创新平台，提升辽宁汽车自主创新能力的政策建议。
