高职汽检专业“工学结合-技能导向”人才培养模式探析

摘要

以国家骨干高等职业院校汽车检测与维修技术专业建设为对象,阐述了＂工学结合＂人才培养模式的内涵,并根据高等职业教育的特点和汽检专业实际建设情况,从＂工学结合＂人才培养模式的改革、教学体系的构建和人才培养模式实施成效等方面进行了探析。%Taking the national backbone of higher vocational institutions vehicle inspection and maintenance of technology professional development as an object,the paper describes the ＂ Skill-oriented Combination of Learning and Working ＂ talent training model content.And in accordance with higher vocational education characteristics and professional construction practical case,from the ＂ Skill-oriented Combination of Learning and Working ＂ talent training model of reform,the teaching system to build and implement effective talent training model and other aspects are analyzed.
