植物体细胞胚胎发生影响因素研究进展

摘要

This paper discusses the internal factors factor such as the endogenous hormone affects plant somatic embryogenesis. And also discusses the external outside factors such as culture medium,exogenous hormones,and types of explants,temperature and light affect plant somatic embryogenesis. The research prospect of plant somatic embryogenesis was put forward.%论述了内源激素、培养基、外源激素、外植体类型、温度、光照等内外因素对植物体细胞胚胎发生的影响，并展望了植物体细胞胚胎发生的研究前景。
