监狱防逃与追捕工作体系研究

摘要

近年来发生的一系列越狱事件对我国当前监狱的防逃与追捕工作提出了新考验、新要求，为此，很有必要对监狱防逃与追捕工作体系的构建进行相应的思考与研究。防逃与追捕工作体系可以分为两大部分：一是预防体系；二是应对体系。对于预防工作要结合监狱内部的具体工作来做，包括基础工作和日常管理两个方面。应对工作则要根据监狱制定的各种预案与公安、武警等部门联合行动，同时还要正确处理与公共媒体的关系。%In recent years a series of Prison Break events put forward new requirements and test to the management work of prison. It is necessary to take a probe into it so as to perfect the construction of the work system of prison. The escape and chase work system can be divided into two parts： one is the prevention system, the other is the response system. The former includes daily work and daily management, and the latter refers to all kinds of plan operated by the public security department and armed police departments. Meanwhile, the prison should also correctly handle the relationship between the media and the public.
