In recent years, assaults on police officers occur frequently, with such characteristics as sudden, violence and mass participation, posing a serious threat to China＇s legal authority, social stability and individual human rights of police officers. This tendency is directly related to the negligence and misunderstanding of humanistic law enforcement in the enforcement activities of police officers. Therefore, it is of crucial necessity that police officers are humanistic in duty performance.
