新形势下检察机关加强群众工作问题探析

摘要

检察机关做好新形势下群众工作与宪法法律赋予的执法办案职能具有内在的本质联系．但是不少地方检察机关的群众工作还存在诸多问题。需要通过狠抓职务犯罪查处工作，着力维护公平正义。着力化解社会矛盾，高度重视民生民利工作等途径，探索总结一些行之有效的载体和抓手，提升检察机关执法办案和群众工作的融合度。%For the Procuratorate to do well mass work is inherently related to its law enforcement function bestowed by the Constitution and other laws. However, there still exist many problems in this respect for some local Procuratorates. It is of necessity to enhance investigation and punishment against duty and status crimes, defend equality and justice, solve social conflicts, and pay great heed to work concerning people＇s livelihood. We should work out some effective Vehicles and means to promote the harmony between the legal work and mass work of the Procuratorate.
