关于保全证据公证的若干问题分析

With the development and improvement of notary services, notarization of evidence preservation has been widely accepted and played major roles in dealing with disputes and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of social organizations. Problems, however, still exist in the implementation process and certain measures to solve the problems are quite necessary for the purpose of improving the development of notarization of evidence preservation.%随着公证业务的发展与完善，保全证据公证逐渐被社会广泛接受，并在处理社会纠纷，维护社会组织及他人合法权益方面发挥重大作用，但是保全证据公证在实施过程中存在各种问题，需要采取相应的对策来解决问题，不断完善发展保全公证这项业务。
