从韶关越狱案反思监狱存在的问题

In recent years, prison break happens frequently, which seriously disrupts not only the order of the regulatory reform, but stability and security within the prison, and the escaped criminals often continue to carry out illegal and criminal activities in society, which brings serious harm and threat to social order and security of citizens. Prison, a place to execute punishment of the criminals, needs security and stability. Therefore, it has very important significance for the improvement of prison system to carefully analyze the cause of prison break.%近年来，监狱服刑犯人越狱案件经常发生，不仅严重破坏监管改造秩序、狱内的稳定和安全，而且越狱罪犯往往在社会上还会继续进行违法犯罪活动，严重危害和威胁社会治安和公民安全。监狱对罪犯执行刑罚，以维护和确保狱内秩序和安全为基础，服刑犯人越狱逃跑更加证明了监狱内部秩序安全稳定的重要。因此，认真分析罪犯越狱的原因，对于完善监狱制度具有十分重大的意义。
