机关效能建设的思考

摘要

The strengthening of the efficiency construction is one of the important approaches to the standard manage- ment, the public servant team construction, the enhance of the effectiveness, and the legal administration in all of depart- ments. Hence not only is it necessary to make great efforts to enhance the ideological cognition and team＇s quality, improve the rules and regulations, and pay more attention to the solution to practical problems as well as to the performance evaluation but also to improve the working style, enhance the working efficiency, and promote the service proficiency.%加强效能建设,是机关规范管理、建设队伍、提高效率、依法行政的重要手段。加强机关效能建设,要努力提高思想认识,提高队伍素质,完善规章制度,注重解决实际问题,加大绩效考评。要通过机关效能建设,切实带动机关作风改进,机关工作效率提高,机关服务水平提升。
