安徽省科技创新能力比较研究

摘要

科技创新包括了科学创新和技术创新两个方面，两者具有不同的研究对象和内涵。科技创新指数是反映一个地区或国家的科学创新与技术创新能力变化程度的一个相对数。文章在国内外的研究基础上，结合安徽特有的基本情况，建立了一套安徽省科技创新评价指数体系，并详细阐述了该指数的指标选择和指标的测算方法，测算了安徽省各市的科技创新指数并进行排序，为各市提升科技创新水平提供参考依据。%Scientific and technologic innovation comprises innovation in science and technology, which have dif-ferent research objects and contents.Science and technology innovation index is a relative number that reflects the degree of change in the innovation in science and technology in a region or a country.Based on previous studies and the facts in Anhui province, this paper constructs an index system for evaluation of the innovation in science and technology in Anhui province, and illustrates the choice of indicators and the measurement of the in-dicators, measures the index of innovation in science and technology in each of the cities in Anhui province and arrange them in order so as to be of referential value for the improvement of their scientific and technological in-novation.
