激光辐射对两种蔬菜种子活力影响的研究

             

摘要

采用白菜和西红柿两种蔬菜种子为材料,研究了不同功率激光以及不同激光照射时间对其种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、芽长、根长和浸泡电导率的影响.结果表明,当激光辐射时间为60s,辐射功率分别为14mW和12mW时,能够分别显著提高白菜和西红柿的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、芽长和根长,降低种子的浸泡电导率.当激光辐射功率为8mW,照射时间为150s时,同样能够显著提高白菜上述各项活力指标,降低其种子的浸泡电导率;照射时间为90s时,能够显著提高西红柿发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数,降低其种子的浸泡电导率;但抑制了芽长和根长的生长.%Chinese cabbage and tomato seeds were taken as materials.The influence of laser irradiation on germination percentage,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,bud length,root length and soaking electrical conductivity was studied.The results indicated that using 14 mW and 12 mW irradiating 60 s can improve germination percentage,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,bud and root length significantly of chinese cabbage and tomato seeds.Meanwhile,it can reduce their soaking electrical conductivities,respectively.Using 8 mW laser irradiating 150 s can also improve seed's vigor index and reduce soaking electrical conductivity of chinese cabbages.Using 8 mW laser irradiating 90 s can improve germination percentage,germination potential,germination index,vigor index and reduce soaking electrical conductivity of tomato,but inhibit the growth of bud and root length.
