护理干预用于口腔固定正畸中牙菌斑形成预防效果分析

摘要

目的：探讨延续性护理干预用于口腔固定正畸中牙菌斑形成预防效果。方法：研究对象选取行口腔固定正畸患者共100例，以随机抽签法分为对照组（50例）和观察组（50例），分别采用常规护理干预和在此基础上加用延续性护理干预，比较两组矫治前后牙菌斑指数水平和护理满意度等。结果：观察组患者矫治后3个月和6个月牙菌斑指数水平均显著高于对照组、矫治前（P＜0.05）；观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：延续性护理干预用于口腔固定正畸患者可有效预防牙菌斑形成，提高护理满意度，具有临床应用价值。%abstract:Objective:Effect of continuity of care intervention on the prevention of oral plaque formation in fixed orthodontic.Methods:100 patients with oral fixed orthodontic were divided randomly into control group (50 cases) and observation group (50 cases).Routine nursing intervention and additional continuity nursing intervention were used respectively.Plaque index level before and after treatments and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Observation group of patients after treatment for 3 months and 6 crescent plaque index levels were significantly higher than control group,and before correcting (P<0.05).Patients nursing satisfaction of observation group is significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuity nursing intervention is effective in preventing plaque formation after orthodontic etching,which can improve nursing satisfaction,and have clinical application value.
