架空输电线路交叉跨越在线监测与预警系统的开发及应用

摘要

This paper introduces a kind of on-line monitoring and early warning system for crisscross span-ning of overhead transmission line. The paper explains five kinds of key technologies in detail:the design and foundation of data base, the 3D simulation modeling, the early warning system foundation, the on-line monitoring system foundation, the optimization of system operation interface. Moreover, combined with the application of the system, the paper expounds five features:the data batch import, the 3D simu-lation for transmission line and surroundings, the distance measurement and warning for crisscross span-ning, the real-time monitoring for major crossing points, the high degree of accuracy and preciseness.%文章介绍了一种架空输电线路交叉跨越在线监测与预警系统。文章对系统的数据库设计与建立、三维仿真建模、预警系统建立、在线监测系统建立、系统操作界面优化等五个方面关键技术作了详细的说明。同时，结合系统的应用，阐述了系统的数据批量导入、线路及环境三维仿真、交叉跨越距离量测及预警、重要交叉跨越点实景监测、系统精确度及准确度高等五个方面的特点。
