濒危植物葫芦苏铁种子繁育技术研究

         

摘要

[目的]研究不同处理方式对葫芦苏铁种子发芽的影响, 提高葫芦苏铁种子繁育技术水平.[方法]通过去除种皮, 使用清水、0.1 mol/L盐酸、0.1 mol/L醋酸浸泡等处理方式对葫芦苏铁种子进行研究.[结果]葫芦苏铁种子在0.1 mol/L盐酸中浸泡12 h, 其发芽率最高, 达80.0%;在清水中浸泡, 种子发芽率和发芽势均较低, 分别约60.0%、40.0%.种子去皮起始萌发时间为8 d, 与不去皮时55 d相比明显变短;种子去皮后的发芽率和发芽势分别为80.0%、80.0%, 与不去皮时73.3%、50.0%相比, 均明显提高.[结论]该研究可为葫芦苏铁种子繁育提供参考依据.%[Objective]To study the effect of different treatments on the germination of Cycas changjiangensis, improve the seed breeding techniques. [Method]The seed germination of C.changjiangensis was studied by removing the seeds and soaking with clear water, 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid, 0.1 mol/L acetic acid.[Result]Germination rate was the highest when soaked the C. changjiangensis seeds in 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid for 12 hours, reaching 80.0%.When soaked them in clear water, the seed germination rate and potential were low, just about 60.0% and 40.0%.Comparing with the initial germination time of the normal seeds which need 55 days, it became obviously shorter just need 8 days when it was peeled. The germination rate and germination potential of the peeled seeds were both 80.0%, which were significantly higher than the normal seeds.[Conclusiun]This study can provide reference for seed breeding of C.changjiangensis.
