HPLC测定一通胶囊中番泻苷A的含量

摘要

采用HPLC法测定了一通胶囊中番泻苷A的含量.结果表明,番泻苷A进样量在0.062～1.240 μg范围内与峰面积积分值具有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为97.91%.%The content of sennoside A in Yitong capsule was determined by HPLC. The results showed that the injection volume of sennoside A had good linear relationship with integral value of its peak area at range of 0.062-1.240 μg, and the average recovery was 97.91%.
