脱水蔬菜热泵干燥工艺研究

         

摘要

为了降低能耗,提高干燥效率,缩短生产周期,对脱水蔬菜热泵干燥工艺进行了研究.以甘蓝为原料,利用自制的内循环式热泵干燥样机进行了单因素试验,探讨了干燥介质温度、风速、装料量对蔬菜干燥速率及能耗的影响;采用2次正交旋转组合试验,建立了干燥工艺参数回归数学模型;通过约束复合形法,找出了热泵干燥最佳工艺参数组合:介质温度为60 ℃,风速1.95 m/min,装料量3.6 kg/m~2为最佳工艺参数组合.%In order to decrease energy-consumption, increase thermal efficiency and shorten production period, the dehydrated vegetable heat pump drying technology was studied using cabbage as experimental material. Single factor experiment was carried out in inner re-circulating pump drier, a self-made model. The effects of air temperature, flow and dried quantity on cabbage drying rate and energy-consumption were explored. Mathematic drying model was established by quadratic cross rotary design method. The best processing parameters were selected through the restriction compound calculation method and hence provided referential basis for the design and adjustment of vegetable heat pump dryer. Experimental results showed that the best combination of the parameters was air temperature at 60 ℃, air flow at 1.95 m/min, and dried quantity of 3.6 kg/m~2.
