概述了中国西部地区农业信息资源集成整合的实质与意义.从农业信息基础设施、数据库、协同管理、服务应用4个方面介绍了西部地区农业信息资源集成整合的方法.探讨了农业信息资源的集成整合技术,其核心在于:通过软件手段解决分布式应用的集成,通过消息控制完成跨部门、跨系统的信息交换与共享.在介绍了几种常用信息终端的基础上,分析了西部地区实现农业信息资源传播的途径.提出了实现西部地区农业信息资源集成整合的措施:建立西部农业信息资源共享联盟;丰富农业信息资源,提高信息质量,建设资源中心,创新技术;构建信息安全管理体系.%The essence and significance of the integration of agricultural information resources in Western China were summarized. The methods of the integration were introduced from four aspects, including infrastructure of agricultural information, database, coordinated management and service application. The integration technology was discussed also. Its core lay in that the integration of distributed application was solved by software means while trans-department and trans-system exchange and share of information were achieved by controlling information. Based on the introduction of some usual intelligence terminals, the transmission routes of agricultural information resources in Western China were analyzed. Measures were put forward on realizing the integration of agricultural information resources, i.e. establishing sharing unions of western agricultural information resources, enriching agricultural information resources, promoting the quality of information, setting up resources center, bringing forth new ideas in technology and constructing management system of information security.
