[Objective]The determination method of the jatrorrhizine, palmatine and berberine in Fibraurea recisa Pierre was researched with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). [Method]The alkaloids were extracted from the sample with the acetonitrile solution containing 0.1% phosphoric acid and SDS. The alkaloids was separated on a ZORBAX Stable Bound (3.9 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) chromatographic column with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(60∶ 40 and containing 0.1% SDS) as mobile phase at a the flow-rate of 1.0 ml/min, the temperature of 25 ℃ and used amount of 20 ml, and then, monitored with the photodiode array detector at 265 nm. [Results]The recoveries rate of jatrorrhizine, palmatine and berberine was 102.8%, 98.4% and 97.6%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 1.60%, 1.80% and 1.50%, respectively. [Conclusion]This method was with high sensitivity and good reproducibility, which could be applied in the determination of alkaloids in Fibraurea recisa Pierre.%[目的]研究用高效液相色谱测定大黄藤中小檗碱、巴马汀、药根碱含量.[方法]样品中的生物碱采用乙腈(含0.1%的磷酸和0.1%的十二烷基硫酸钠)溶液提取,以 ZORBAX Stable Bound C18(3.9 mm×250 mm, 5.0 μm)色谱柱为固定相,乙腈-0.1%磷酸缓冲溶液(60∶40,含0.1%的十二烷基硫酸钠) 为流动相分离;紫外检测器 265 nm波长检测测定,流动相流速1.0 ml/min,柱温为25 ℃,进样量20 ml.[结果]药根碱、巴马汀碱、小檗碱平均回收率分别为102.8%、98.4%、97.6%, RSD分别为1. 60%、1.80%、1. 50%.[结论]方法灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于大黄藤中生物碱的测定.
