城市居住用地适宜性评价——以山西省大同市为例

According to the general steps of land suitability evaluation; the selection of evaluation objects→the determination of evaluation u-nits→the selection of evaluation factors→the construction of evaluation index system→ the determination of weights→single-factor evaluation and multiple - factor comprehensive evaluation. The suitability evaluation was carried out for Datong city center residential sites, and it was divided into four kinds of districts; appropriate, general appropriate, less appropriate and unfavourable, Datong Districts are mainly in general appropriate and less appropriate.%按照土地适宜性评价的一般步骤——选择评价对象→确定评价单元→选取评价因子→构建评价指标体系→权重的确定→单因子评价和多因子综合评价,对大同市中心城区居住用地进行了适宜性评价,将其分为适宜、一般适宜、较不适宜和不适宜4类用地区,大同市城区以一般适宜区和较不适宜区为主.
