核苷酸厂废水生物污泥成分分析及资源化利用初探

         

摘要

[Objective] The study aimed to research the features and composition and its component using strategies of bio-sludge from the sewage treatment in the nucleotide factory. [Method] With the bio-sludge from the sewage treatment in nucleotide factory as the research object,the physicochemical property indexes, nutrient and harmful compositions in the bio-sludge were analyzed and detected. [ Result ] The bio-sludge had the Ph value of 7.34,being alkalescent,and its water content was higher than 82%. The sludge contained the rich nutrient components such as the organic matter,total N,total P and total K,while the content of harmful substances such as the volatile phenol and total bacteria number were lower than the limits of sludge industry standard for the urban sewage. The contents of Zn,Cr and Ni were higher than the limits of the national agricultural and industry standards for the sludge utilization and the content of Zn was the highest, reaching 5 499.98 mg/kg DW. The content of Cu and Cd were lower than the limits of the industry standard. The Pb content was higher than the limits of the acid soils of the mud for the landscaping utilization and the limits of the A level mud for the agricultural utilization, but lower than the limits of the alkali soil of the mud for the land improvement and agricultural utilization. Cu, Zn, Pb, Ni and Cr were mainly distributed in stable state, and Cd was distributed in the unsteady state,but its total amount was less than the limit of the related standard,with the littler impact. [Conclusion] The sludge had the prospect of the resource development and utilization%[目的]研究核苷酸厂污水处理生物污泥的特征与成分及其组分利用策略.[方法]以核苷酸厂污水处理生物污泥为研究对象,对污泥各种理化性质指标、营养成分以及部分有害成分进行分析测定.[结果]该生物污泥pH值为7.34,呈弱碱性,含水率达82%以上.污泥中有机质、N、P、K等营养成分丰富,挥发酚及细菌总数低于城镇污水污泥行业标准限值.重金属Zn、Cr、Ni的含量高于多种土壤施用标准限值,Zn含量最高,为5 499.98 mg/kg干重,Cu、Cd的含量低于行业标准限值;Pb含量高于园林绿化用泥质酸性土壤及农用A级泥质的施用限值,却低于土地改良用及农用泥质碱性土壤的施用限值;Cu、Zn、Pb、Ni和Cr主要分布在稳定态,Cd分布在不稳定态,但其总量低于相关标准限值,影响不大.[结论]该污泥具有资源化开发利用前景.
