[Objective] The study aimed to establish regeneration plant system of stem lump mustard somatic cell culture, to lay the foundation for genetic transformation 9ystem and biotechnology breeding of Brassicas stem lump mustard and leaf mustard. [ Method] Talcing 6 d cotyledon of stem lump mustard as materials, using orthogonal design methods, the effect of different hormone of 6-BA, NAA, 2,4-D on explants differentiation and seedling rate of callus were studied. [ Result ] The best culture medium for the growth of stem lump mustard cotyledon was MS with 6-BA 3.0 mg/L + NAA 0. 10 mg/L + 2,4-D 0 mg/L + 3 g/L agar powder; moreover, 1/2MS supplied with 0. 10 mg/L NAA was good for the rooting of tissue culture seedling. [Conclusion] The regeneration frequency of optimized medium was improved greatly.%[目的] 建立茎瘤芥体细胞培养再生植株体系,为芸薹属植物茎瘤芥及芥菜的遗传转化体系及生物技术育种奠定基础.[方法] 以茎瘤芥6d苗龄子叶为材料,应用正交试验法研究不同浓度生长激素6-BA、NAA、2,4-D对外植体分化和愈伤组织成苗率的影响.[结果] 最适合茎瘤芥外植体分化成苗的培养基为MS加6-BA 3.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.10 mg/L+2,4-D0 mg/L+3g/L琼脂粉;1/2MS+0.10mg/LNAA利于组培苗生根.[结论] 优选培养基的再生频率具有较大提高.
