溶解氧对复合式MBR处理效果的影响

         

摘要

[Objective] The study aimed to explore the influence of the dissolved oxygen on the treatment effect of compound MBR. [Method] Under the environmental factors were certain, through the control of different DO concn. , the removal efficiency of chemical COD, TN and TP in the domestic sewage was observed to determine the best DO concn. [ Result] The COD removal efficiency could be rose from 68. 3% for DO at 0.5 mg/L to 97.05% for DO at 1. 5 mg/L and when DO was>1. 5 mg/L, the COD removal efficiency had little change with the rise of DO. The TN removal efficiency could rose from 34. 6% for DO at 0.5 mg/L to 66.58% for DO at 1. 5 mg/L, and when DO was>1. 5 mg/L, the TN removal efficiency was dropped on the contrary; the TP removal efficiency was 64.63% when DO was 0.5 mg/L and the TP removal efficiency was declined slightly with the rise of DO, but when DO was>1. 5 mg/L, the TP removal efficiency was decreased obviously. [ Conclusion] Synthesizing the removal effects of DO on each index, it was judged that, when DO was 1.5 mg/L, the comprehensive removing effects of MBR process on COD, TN, TP could reach the best.%[目的]探讨溶解氧(DO)对复合式MBR处理效果的影响.[方法]在各环境要素一定的情况下,通过控制不同的DO浓度来观察生活污水中的化学COD、TN、TP的去除效果,以此来确定最佳的DO浓度.[结果]COD的去除效率由DO为0.5 ng/L时的68.3%上升至DO为1.5 mg/L时的97.05%,而当DO>1.5 mg/L时,COD的去除效果则随着DO的升高变化不大;TN的去除效率由DO为0.5 mg/L时的34.6%上升至DO为1.5 mg/L时的66.58%,而当DO>1.5 mg/L时,TN的去除效率反而下降:TP的去除效果在DO为0.5 mg/L时是64.63%,随着DO的升高,TP的去除效果略有下降,但当DO>1.5 mg/L时,TP的去除效果明显下降.[结论]综合DO对于各项指标的去除影响可以断定,当DO为1.5 mg,/L时,MBR工艺对于COD、TN、TP的综合去除效果可达到最佳.
