[Objective] Cucumis melo of strong chilling tolerance were selected. [ Method] "The seed vigor index at 18 ℃ , chilling injury index of manual simulated climate and electric conductivity percentage at 7 ℃ were tested, recombined with cold resistance index of cultivation in early spring with low temperature, strong chilling tolerance melon were selected. [Result]Three strong chilling tolerance melons were selected, the chilling tolerance was: super-large Eliasbeth ( ♂ ) > Cuba pull > p010. [ Conclusion ] The three materials will he used as cold resistant breeding in melos.%[目的]筛选耐冷性较强的厚皮甜瓜材料.[方法]通过对10个厚皮甜瓜材料18℃时的种子活力,人工气候条件下的冷害指数,7℃时的电导百分率这3个耐冷指标及其隶属函数值进行比较,再结合早春大田低温栽培的抗冷指数,筛选出耐冷性较强的厚皮甜瓜材料.[结果]厚皮甜瓜材料的耐冷性强弱依次为特大伊丽莎白(♂)、古拉马、p010.[结论]筛选出3个耐冷材料可作为厚皮甜瓜抗寒育种材料.
