大刺鳅生殖季节雄鱼的脂肪酸组成研究

         

摘要

[目的]为进一步开发大刺鳅的营养价值和改进大刺鳅亲鱼培育方法提供参考.[方法]采用气相色谱法,对大刺鳅生殖季节雄鱼精巢、肌肉和肝胰脏内的脂肪酸组成和含量进行了测定,分析了脂肪酸在大刺鳅不同组织中的分布及其相互关系.[结果]在雄鱼精巢、肝胰脏和肌肉中的脂肪酸种类不同;雄鱼精巢C22:4n -6含量最高,达33.52%:肌肉中C18:1n-9c含量最高,达23.24%:肝胰脏中DHA含量最高(45.68%).单不饱和脂肪酸和饱和脂肪酸含量均以肌肉最多,分别为31.18%和35.02%,多不饱和脂肪酸含量以肝胰脏最高(59.52%),多不饱和脂肪酸中的n-3系列脂肪酸含量以肝胰脏最高(50.03%).[结论]给大刺鳅投喂DHA及从含量高的饲料原料有助于n-3PUFA在肝胰脏中作为营养物质储存,同时加大C22:4n -6投喂量有助于性腺的发育.%[Objective] The research aimed to provide reference for further study on thenutritive value of Mastacembelue armatus and improving the cultivation method of parentfishes of M. Armatus. [Method] Using gas chromatography.the composition and content of fatty acids in theovary, muscle and liver of M. Armatus were deter mined. The distribution offatty acids in different tissues of M. Armatus and the relationship were analyzed. [Result] The kinds offatty acids in the spermary,hepatopancreas,muscle of male fishes were different. The content of C22:4n -6 in the spermary of male fishes was the highest,being 33.52%. The content of C18:In-9c in the muscle was the highest,being 23.24%. The content of DHA in the hepatopancreas was the highest, being 45. 68%. The contents ofmonounsaturated fatty acids andsaturated fatty acidsin the muscle were the highest,being 31.18% and 35.02% respectively. The content ofpolyunsaturated fatty acids in hepatopancreas was the highest(59.52% ) and the content of n -3 fatty acids in polyunsaturated fatty acids was the highest(50.03% ). [Conclusion] Feeding M. Armatus with feed materials with high contents of DHA and AA was favorable for the storage of n -3 PUFA as nutriments in hepatopancreas. And adding the feeding amount of C22:4n -6 would help to the development of sex gland.
