[目的]研究海水胁迫对青葙种子发芽的影响.[方法]以青葙种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数为指标,采用配置成的5个浓度的海水对青葙种子的萌发进行胁迫,观察青葙种子的萌发情况,研究青葙种子的耐盐性.[结果]随海水浓度的提高,青葙种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数等均表现下降趋势；但海水浓度达到25％时,萌发率仍有近41％；而10％以内浓度的海水对青葙种子发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数的影响不大.[结论]青葙种子在萌发时,可以耐受一定程度的盐碱胁迫.%[Objective] To study the effect of seawater stress on the germination of Celosia argentea seeds. [ Method] Taking germination potential, germination rate,germination index,and vigor index as indicators,the germination performances of C. Argentea seeds were measured at 5 concentrations of seawater stress to ascertain the salt tolerance. [ Result] With the increasing seawater concentration,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,and vigor index of C. Argentea seeds showed a downward trend. When the seawater concentration reached 25% ,the germination rate was still nearly 41 %. When the seawater concentration was below 10% ,the germination potential,germination index and vigor index of C. Argentea seeds showed no significant differences. [ Conclusion] C. Argentea seeds could tolerate a certain degree of salinity stress when germinating.
