论我国紧急需要下土地征用的立法缺陷与完善

摘要

Land acquisition under urgent needs often happens in China, and it has been prescribed in related laws, but there still exists some defects. Therefore the Chinese government should perfect the laws about land acquisition from the aspects of legislation and administration, so as to cope with urgent needs and protect the interests of citizens.%紧急需要下的土地征用在我国实践中大量存在,我国相关法律也对此进行了规定,但仍存在诸多缺陷.我国应从立法和相关制度方面对其予以完善,以有效应对紧急需要和保护公民的合法权益.
