不同发育期含野血牦牛血清及组织中丙二醛含量研究

         

摘要

[Objective ] The research aimed to provide the theoretical basis for further study on the biological mechanism of the adaptability of yak to hy-poxia in plateau and the diagnosis of its plateau diseases. [ Method] Hie contents of malondialdehyde ( MDA) in the serum and five kinds of tissues in yaks (with 1/4 wild blood) at various ages (1-day-old, 1-month-old, 6-month-old, adult) in plateau region were meas ured. [ Result] The content of MDA in the serum in adult group was significantly higher than that in other three age groups ( P 0.05 ). The content of MDA in myocardial and skeletal muscle of 1 -month-old yaks increased, with notable differ ence ( P < 0.05 ). The content of MDA in liver in 1 -day-old group was higher than that of other age groups (P < 0.05 ). The rest tissues had no significant difference. [ Conclusion ] Yaks with wild blood had a significant adaptability to hypobaric hypoxia environment of plateau.%[目的]为从细胞分子水平进一步探讨牦牛高原低氧适应性的生物学机制及其高原疾病的诊断提供理论依据.[方法]对1日龄、1月龄、6月龄、成年等不同发育期的高原地区牦牛(含1/4野血)血清和5种组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量进行了测定.[结果]成年组血清中MDA的含量均显著高于其余3个年龄组(P<0.05),1月龄组血清MDA的含量虽然高于1日龄和6月龄组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);1月龄牦牛心肌和骨骼肌中MDA含量均增加,差异显著(P<0.05);1日龄牦牛肝组织中MDA高于其他2个年龄组(P<0.05),其余组织差异不显著.[结论]含野血牦牛具有对高原低氧环境的显著适应性.
