滁河城区段环境综合整治工程建设资金风险控制研究

摘要

Taking the case of comprehensive harnessing project in the urban section of Chuhe River, funds risk in the design phase, bidding phase, implement phase and completion of settlement were analyzed, then discoursed how to conduct risk management. Last, it concluded that project risk existed objectivity, universality, contingency, variability and diversity. So it should use dynamic approaches to treat each risk in project, consider all of funds risk in project construction and control it well.%以滁河城区段环境综合整治工程为例,分析了可研和设计阶段、招投标阶段、实施阶段和竣工结算阶段4个工程实施阶段的建设资金风险,对如何管理控制风险进行了介绍.提出工程风险因其存在的客观性、普遍性、偶然性、可变性和多样性,需要用动态的观点去看待工程中出现的风险,综合考虑工程建设的各项资金风险,并进行很好的控制.
