曝气生物滤池处理煤矿区生活污水研究

     

摘要

[Objective] The reference for the application of the biological aerated filter(BAF) with new type of self-flushing system without pump in the treatment of the sewage in mining areas was provided through the research on its engineering technology. [ Method ] The effect of the hydraulic loading, the organic loading of influent water and the ratio of air to water on the removal efficiency of COD and NH3-N was inves-tigated with volumetric method and gravimetric method of potassium dichromate. [Results] The experimental results showed that the removal efficiency of COD and NH3-N in BAF system was 87. 1% and 80.3% respectively at the hydraulic loading of 2.5m3/(m2 · h) , the air-water ratio of 5:1 while the concentration of COD and NH3-N in the influent water was 83. 2 and 22. 3mg/l. The requirement of COD and NH3-N from the discharge water treated met the Grade A of the National Standard of pollutants discharge from municipal wastewater treatment plant (GB18918 -2002 1). [ Conclusion] The efficiency of the sewage in mining areas treated with the method of BAF was good.%[目的]研究自制曝气生物滤池对煤矿区生活污水的处理效果,为新型无泵自冲洗生物滤池技术的工程应用提供参考.[方法]采用重铬酸钾容量法和重量法测定不同水力负荷、进水有机负荷和气水比对污水COD和氮氨去除率的影响.[结果]在水力负荷为2.5m3/( m2·h),气水比为5:1,进水COD 83.2 mg/L,氨氮22.3 mg/L时,COD和氨氮的去除率分别达到87.1%和80.3%.出水COD和氨氮值达到国家《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准.[结论]曝气生物滤池对矿区生活污水具有良好的处理效果.
