[Objective] The theoretic basis and technical guidance of the application of fertilizer containing resisting material was provided. [ Method] The effect of the Fertilizer I, Fertilizer II and water as CK, sprayed in cucumber plant, on the cell membrane permeability, the content of malonaldehyde( MDA) , soluble protein, soluble sugar in its leaf and its yield was experimented. [ Results] The electrolyte .leakage of the plant sprayed with Fertilizer I and Fertilizer II was reduced by 26. 0% and 12, 9% ; the content of MDA was reduced by 22. 0% 、 39.1 % ; the content of soluble sugar was raised by 24.6% and 27.6% , compared with those of CK, respectively. The content of soluble protein in the plant leaf sprayed with Fertilizer I was higher than that of CK and the content of soluble protein in cucumber leaf sprayed with Fertilizer II was 15.6% higher than that of CK. [ Conclusion] The application of Fertilizer I or Fertilizer II could promote the resistance of the cucumber to cold for its yield - increasing.%[目的]为抗逆性肥料在黄瓜上的合理施用提供理论依据和技术指导.[方法]以喷清水为对照,分析喷施不同抗逆性肥料Ⅰ、Ⅱ对黄瓜叶片细胞膜透性、MDA含量、可溶糖、可溶性蛋白质和产量的影响.[结果]喷施抗逆性肥料I、Ⅱ黄瓜叶片电解质渗透率比对照分别低26.0%、12.9%;丙二醛含量比对照低22.0%、39.1%;可溶糖含量分别比对照提高24.6%、27.6%.喷施抗逆性肥料I黄瓜叶片可溶性蛋白质含量略高于对照差;喷施抗逆性肥料Ⅱ黄瓜叶片可溶性蛋白质含量比对照高15.6%.[结论]抗逆性肥料Ⅰ、Ⅱ都可抵御低温给黄瓜带来的影响,可提高黄瓜的产量.
