二甲酚橙分光光度法测定土壤中铅的研究

         

摘要

[Objective] The research aimed to provide the reference for the study of the effects of lead on the environment. [ Result] Xylenol orange spectrophotometry was adopted to study the determination of the lead in urban soil and the correlation between lead content and the en vironment quality. [ Result] There was a good linear correlation between the absorbance and the concentration of Pb( II ) in the range of 0 - 2.4 mg/L, and the regression equation was A =0.005 55C-0.026 4, r = 0.999 2. The recovery rate was in the range of 97. 2 - 102. 7%. [ Conclusion] This simple and highly sensitive method had been applied to the determination of lead content in soil with satisfactory results.%[目的]为探索铅对土壤和生态环境的影响提供参考.[方法]采用二甲酚橙分光光度法,研究土壤中铅含量的测定方法及铅含量与环境的相关性.[结果]铅质量浓度在0~2.4 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为A4=0.005 55C-0.0264,r=0.999 2,加标回收率为97.2%~102.7%.[结论]该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,用于土壤中铅含量测定的效果令人满意.
